Muffin Tin Monday

Today's theme was "Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs" in the book (and movie) food rains down on a small town. It rains pancakes,juice, mac and cheese -OK nuggets were not a part of it but Will asked for it! And wait.....why do I have and empty muffin cup???? Well I'll tell you! In an ironic twist I was about to put some leftover meatballs in the tin and .....I dropped the container and it "rained" meatballs in my kitchen!!! So we were missing the meatball part of this tin. I should have taken a pic there was sauce all over my white cabinets!! Oh well!

YAY!! MTM package rescue!!

We are so excited to have our great Muffin Tin Monday Swap Package from Andrea and her little girl at "Good Girl Gone Redneck" It turns out it was at the post office and my mail lady didn't even leave a note. It was so worth the wait!!! I had been thinking about buying the set of silly feet-I can't wait to use them. Will has been lining them up and making a choo choo out of them. Thanks so much Andrea and I am so sorry about all the confusion! PS-Will really loves the pirate puzzle too!

Today's theme was circus so we had some circus food complete with animals. Menu included a corn dog,animal crackers,popcorn and a fruit chew.

I had some cute ideas that I wanted to do today for the theme "People and Faces" but my son has a limited selections of foods he will eat! I got some sparkly Wilton writing icing I was going to use on bananas or Nilla Wafers to make faces but Will wouldn't try it. So this is what we came up with!

There was no theme for this week but here's what we did. Fish Sticks and ketchup,fruit strips,bananas, and Teddy Grahams. I'll give you one guess what Will ate first!

Our First Muffin Tin Monday

Today we did muffin tin Monday which is creative way to serve a meal in a -you guessed it-MUFFIN TIN! We didn't do the theme since it was our first time I just wanted to try it out. I am hoping that this concept will get Will to try more foods-Hey a mom can dream right!LOL! We had PB and J carrots and dressing,veggie crackers, a cheese stick and applesauce.
